What is Reccuring Payment and Members Zone?
RCP is a new way to pay for all active and new members. Membership fees are charged directly from your account by credit card (debit and credit cards VISA/MASTERCARD) each month.
Through the Members Zone you can access your user profile and have an overview of paid bills, automatic payment cards, personal information, contract duration, how often you train, etc.
What are the benefits of RCP activation?
- For users of reccuring payment the monthly membership fee is 199 HRK per month with a 12-month contract. For students and retirees, the price of monthly membership is 169 HRK per month.
- As an RCP user, you will no longer have to think about settling your account for the current month
- As an RCP user, you will no longer be concerned about the activity of your membership card
- You do not have to bring money and cards in the gym for paying membership fees
- You do not have to worry about the reception working time in order to settle the bill for the current month
How and where to activate RCP?
RCP activation is performed very quickly and easily at any of the Gyms4you receptions. All you need to take for activation is your own credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) and request activation when entering or switching (if you are already an active member).
To activate automatic payments, you need to come with a token (token or m-token) and have a cell phone with you in order to check on the site that the activation has been successfully performed (check PayU status via email to continue with the membership fee) .
How does RCP works?
Once you've activated your RCP, your membership fee will automatically be charged starting from the next month you've activated.
Bills for each month are created every first of the month. After the bill is created, you will be charged on the second day of the month. If you do not have enough funds in your account, charging will be retryed again on the third and, if necessary, the fourth day of the month (after which you will receive an email notification of a failed transaction). You will still be able to settle in your account at the reception or via internet banking.
Can I switch to an RCP as an existing member with an active contract?
All active members with any contract membership can switch to RCP at any of the Gyms4you reception.
Does the current contract extends for an additional 6 months if I switch to RCP?
Switching to an RCP does not extend the contract for an additional 6 months. The number of obligatory months stays the same from the initial contract.
The contract has expired and the automatic renewal took place. Can I switch to an RCP?
Members who have automatic renewal activated may also be transferred to an RCP and still keep automatic reneal active. The contract will not extend for an additional 6 months. The same conditions apply from the initial contract.
What if I do not have funds in my account and I'm using RCP?
After creating the bill for current month (created at the first of the month), the charging will be made on three occasions (second, third, and fourth of the month). If even after the last charging attempt thefunds are still unavailable, the membership card will be blocked on the fifth date of the month. You will then receive an email about the unsuccessful transaction. You will still be able to settle in your account at the reception or via internet banking.
Can I cancel my contract if I use an RCP?
For contract termination, the standard contract terms aplllies. For cancelation, please contact the nearest Gyms4you reception.
Can I use the "freeze" option despite the RCP?
The "freeze" option is still enabled for an RCP users. It is free for members with a medical certificate, with witch they are confirming the inability to exercise. There is a chargeable option, 100.00 HRK for a standard contract, and 70.00 HRK for a student or pensioner contract for the entire month.
